Scottish Rite Award Medals to ROTC and JROTC Students

Santa Ana Valley awarded medals to ROTC and JROTC students in Orange County. Kermit Rosenthal, 32° , a USMC Retired Captain is the committee chairman and co-ordinated the awarding of the medals. All of the High Schools that have JROTC programs participated in this program. These are special Scottish Rite medals and can be worn on the recipients uniforms. They come with a cer-tificate suitable for framing. Ill.
