Five Year Plan and Comments
Grow the Valley in both quantity and quality of membership of members.
Comment: Plan is being formulated by the Senior Warden in the Lodge of Perfection.
Improve the SASR meeting experience for both Stated meetings and reunion classes.
Comment: Added programs to our calendar—Feast of Tishri, Relighting The Candles on Easter, presented Caps to new Valley members after their Reunion Class and improved the dinners for 2012.
Increase revenue each year over the last to grow our reserves.
Comment: A number of fund raisers are in the planning stages.
Balance our budge each year and add 10% of overage to reserves.
Comment: A balanced budget has been created and approved.
Increase our community at large and Masonic outreach.
Comment: No progress at this time.
Improve member participation in our educational programs.
Comment: The Orator in the Lodge of Perfection is working with Supreme Council to have our Valley administer the Master Craftsman Program and is continuing to implement our 3-5-7 program.
